Client’s Challenge

A premium travel agency approached us to promote multiple international destinations — including Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Bali, and Hong Kong.

While they had a stellar offline presence, they struggled to translate that success digitally. The major roadblocks included:

  • No structured online funnel

  • Lack of authenticity across social channels

  • Previous campaigns generating poor-quality leads

  • Difficulty promoting high-ticket packages (especially Europe) to a filtered, intent-based audience

Our Two-Phase Execution Strategy

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, we created a tailored funnel strategy for each destination, focusing on platform behavior and buyer intent.

Phase 1: Social Presence + Meta Ads for Mid-Ticket Destinations

  • Destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Bali, and Hong Kong are highly visual, aspirational, and easier to promote via emotional storytelling.
    We began by building a strong trust layer for the brand before spending any ad budget.

  • 🎥 UGC-style travel content and Reels to build brand relatability

Phase 2: Landing Page Funnel + Google Ads for High-Ticket Europe Packages

  • Europe tours were premium, complex, and decision-heavy — not ideal for casual Meta scrollers.
    So we built a conversion-optimized landing page and shifted the focus to Google Search Ads, where the audience has high purchase intent.

What we did:

  • 🖥️ Designed an SEO-friendly, high-conversion landing page specifically for Europe tour packages

  • Included: itinerary breakdowns, pricing tiers, FAQs, trust badges, limited slots, and WhatsApp CTAs

  • 🔍 Launched Google Ads with high-intent keywords like:
    → “Europe trip from India all-inclusive”
    → “Premium Europe packages 2025”
    → “Luxury Europe travel agency India”

  • 🧪 A/B tested headlines, extensions, and audience segments to reduce CPLs
