  • Shot and edited relatable UGC videos in a short-form, TikTok-style format to simulate organic buzz.

  • Focused on use-case videos, pain-point demos, and influencer-style hooks that grabbed attention fast.

Step 3: Meta Ads Only — with a Lean Budget

  • Ran Traffic + Purchase conversion campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

  • A/B tested 4–5 UGC creatives against different audiences (impulse buyers, gadget lovers, young spenders).

  • Campaigns were structured to warm up cold traffic with awareness, then retarget viewers into buyers.
